Bounces occur when an email cannot be delivered to the intended recipient. When an email bounces, Taguchi receives a notification that mail could not be delivered. We record this notification against the subscriber, which means you can see whether or not an email has bounced via a subscriber profile. Typically bounces are out of our control, any bounces should be addressed on the subscribers end.

Taguchi marks users as invalid depending on the bounce code and how many times an email bounces. Once a subscriber is marked as invalid, future sends will not be attempted to the subscriber until you manually mark the subscriber as valid in their subscriber profile.
